Momo Bar Stool At Home

By on 29-07-2015 in Get the Look, Inspired By, Shop There

We’ve spotted the Momo bar stool left, right and centre in our customers’ kitchens around Sydney and we’re not surprised. A favourite with both staff and customers alike, the Momo bar stool has it all. A unique, organic shape that offers supreme comfort and style, a gas lift meaning it will suit a range of bench heights, as well as being available in five different colours to suit your taste. The Momo is comfortable, with a foot rest and the polyurethane being soft and the slight back rest providing support. If you’re after a slightly different look, the Momo is also available with a sleek fixed base. We take a look at some of our customers’ lovely homes to see how they’ve styled their Momo bar stools.

The first example we have is of this contemporary home in Randwick. With its beautiful adjoining kitchen, dining and living area, there’s plenty of space to play with. Four Momo stools work wonderfully with the modern and sleek white kitchen space. To keep things fresh and crisp, they’ve opted for the Momo stools in white as well as two of our Mondo chairs (unfortunately discontinued, you can find similar ones here).

Next up is a more traditional style home in Coogee with white marbled floor tiles and a beige marbled benchtop. The Momo is ideal for both classic and modern homes due to its minimal design and timeless aesthetic. The dark grey or black Momo’s look great in lighter style kitchen spaces as they work as a point of difference. For a more casual meeting spot, choose two of our Momo’s and leave the rest of the kitchen island free for standing space.

We recently found a set of our dark grey Momo bar stools in this beautiful Neutral Bay home. A more traditional look, this home features a dark glossy kitchen with timber floorboards. The dark grey complements the mahogany brown texture in the kitchen perfectly. If you’re a little space poor in your kitchen, the Momo is ideal. The Momo is gas lift controlled by a push button on the side of the seat, this means the Momo would suit a range of bench heights.
