Fifteen Fifteen is a 5-story building designed by Stanley Saitowitz and houses 40 apartments ranging from tiny studios to 1,100 square foot two bedrooms. The development is located in The Mission District, one of San Francisco’s oldest and most vibrant neighbourhoods, and should be opening any day now! Today we get a sneak peak into a few of the very contemporary and stylish apartments fully furnished by BoConcept.  Bold use of colour and pattern fuse with luxurious textures to create a look that is both timeless and perhaps a little daring. All in all, the result is spectacular! Keep reading to find out what BoConcept products were used in Fifteen Fifteen.

The daring blue fabric Arco Sofa creates a focal point in the living room in stark contrast to the more subtle pieces in the room, including the Chiva Functional Coffee Table and Fermo Media Unit. The plush Cato Rug, metallic silver Kuta Floor Lamp and bright accessories give the space a more welcoming and informal vibe. The tie in with the colour of the sofa, the interior decorator has added a blue Stool for consistency.

The Wembley Extendable Dining Table is compact enough to save on space in this narrow apartment, while providing the option to expand for guests. The London Chairs in light grey felt keeps the look low key and the Scandinavian style “Handle Me” Pendant creates the perfect spot lighting over the dining table setting. Lastly, the Torup Bar Stools line the kitchen bench, providing a comfy spot for chatting during meal prep.

Grey tones are on high rotation in the master bedroom, with the ‘Letters’ Bedspread, Cato Rug and ‘Fusion’ Cushions initiating the monochrome colour scheme. The ‘Architecture I’ Glass Art adds a subtle pop of colour the the space! The Limo Bed and matching Limo Night Stands keeps the look light and simple, creating the perfect space for adding in a Jellyfish Table Lamp or two!

You can’t go past a vibrant purple sofa, especially when it’s a Carlton! We take our hats off to the interior decorators, adding in plenty of eye-catching material in this space, including the Hamilton Chair, marble top Murcia Coffee Table, Valencia Side Tables and Crane Floor Lamp. The personalised Volani Wall System provides clever functionality for storing accessories, with enough space for a TV!

The style of the living room harmonises beautifully with the Milano Extendable Dining Table, Mariposa Deluxe Dining Chairs and Flower Pendant in the dining setting. Tribal and contemporary accessories have been added into the space for a individual look. The Como Bookcase in the master bedroom provides a curious spot for displaying sculptures, photo frames and personal knick knacks.

This next apartment exhibits a more muted and elegant style, with cooler tones of grey and beige dominating the space. The main pieces used in the dining room are the Lugo Dining Table, Lausanne Chairs and Milano Sideboard. These pieces are complimented by the Quarter Rug, ‘Ink In Water’ Canvas Print, Abstract Sculptures and Carved Glass Vase, all of which display a very artistic, but sophisticated touch.

Moving forward into the living room, we find the ever so popular Carmo Sofa in a white leather, coordinating brilliantly with the rest of the apartment’s stark white decor. For a more inviting feel, the interior decorators have added a Shaggy Rug, and the Cartagena Nest of Tables for depth. The second bedroom includes the Bed Concept with reversible headboard, Global Nightstand, Metro Hall Stand, Recur Rug and a variety of BoConcept accessories.

Another stylish and modern bathroom leads into the Master Bedroom where we find a simple white Bed Concept. The leather Ogi Chair and geometric Symmetry Rug add to the black and white theme of the room. We’re loving the contemporary and fun looks of these apartments.
