Eclectic Nordic Styling

This lovely little apartment located in Gothenburg showcases an eccentric mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings, with a few BoConcept pieces thrown into the mix. Despite the more classic undertones of the apartment, the owners have added modern accessories and furniture to really give it a current look. The colour palette of the living and dining space is kept to neutral grey, white and black tones, allowing room to play with different patterns and textures. The unique combination of soft furnishings, wall art, hanging light pendants and decor really adds a relaxed and personal touch to the space.

In the living room we’ve spotted our black and white Typo Cushion sitting on the armchair, the Fulda Side Table in vintage blue laminate and our stylish dark grey and black Footstool! The small blue and metallic accents seen in the space break up the monochrome colour palette perfectly. What’s more, the exposed hanging light bulb pendants really add an industrial element to the room (similar here).

For smaller apartments, consider multi-functional furniture to free up space and to provide numerous uses for your home, whether it be for everyday activities or for entertaining. Our extendable dining tables are easy to use and clever – you can quickly make room for more guests with a table that hides the extension leaf underneath the tabletop. Try either the Wembley Table or the Essen Table to recreate this cool Nordic dining setting.
