What comes after High Tea?
Are you slightly over the High Tea craze? The French have put their own spin on it by replacing the tea with gourmet coffee varieties, brewed by France’s Best Roaster of 2011.
This scrumptious variation of the classic is served up in the first floor restaurant of L’Hôtel de Vendôme, 1 Place Vendome in Paris.
We’re also loving the luxurious restaurant fit-out by Michele Bönan’s, the couture style room features custom furniture upholstered in Italian Fabrics by Dedar, pared against a refrained palette of greys and whites on the walls, floor & window treatments.
Wonder when we will see “high-coffee” catch on in Sydney!
